Stainless Steel sloped roof Visual Isolator

The VI Series is a range of 316 Stainless Steel Enclosures complete with visual isolator switch fitted internally.
The contacts of the visual isolator have to be visible to the operator at all times to confirm the operation of the switch contacts.

Windows are installed on the door to provide viewing from the outside by the operator while the enclosure maintains its IP rating.

Two windows have been provided which allows for an external light source to illuminate the switch contacts, if the Visual Isolator is installed in a low light area, by projecting light through one window while viewing the switch contact through the other. Alternatively high brightness 24 volt LED Lights can be fitted internally to illuminate the switch contacts.

A water and dust proof handle is provided on the outside to operate the isolator switch.

The VI Series Isolator handle has been specifically developed to provide reliable operation in all environments (especially in high dust areas). The handle and windows have a certificate of type test with an IP rating of IP67.

The handle is interlocked to prevent the door from being opened when the switch is On position or locked in the Off position.

The VI Series Isolators have been developed to give a reliable and continuous operation in the most hostile and extreme environments.
