Stainless Steel Sloped Roof Enclosure
The Stainless Steel Sloped Roof Enclosure was designed specifically to alleviate the problem of dust and other materials collecting on the top of the enclosure and in the door gasket.
This specific sloped roof design was to replace the use of hoods over a standard enclosure. This was done to make the product more suitable for the food industry.
